Yes. Every plan includes one local phone number free. Keep the number you already use, or we provide a new one at no extra cost.
What if I go over my included minutes?
Extra minutes are billed at £0.25/min, or £0.20/min on Pro. A per-account safety ceiling protects you from runaway costs.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, anytime, from your billing portal. Changes take effect immediately.
Is the AI the same on every plan?
Every plan follows the same rules: it only ever says what you approve, never invents a price or a policy, and escalates sensitive calls the same way. Growth and Pro additionally run our most natural, most capable voice model, so the difference callers notice is how effortlessly it converses, not what it is allowed to say.
Do prices include VAT?
