Is there a free trial?
Yes, every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime.
Is a phone number included?
Yes. Every plan includes one local phone number free. Keep the number you already use, or we provide a new one at no extra cost.
What if I go over my included minutes?
Extra minutes are billed at £0.25/min, or £0.20/min on Pro. A per-account safety ceiling protects you from runaway costs. When a line reaches its ceiling, Ringmere forwards the call to your team if you have given it a number to ring, and otherwise asks the caller to try again later, so you decide where the limit leaves your callers.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, anytime, from your billing portal. Changes take effect immediately.
Is the AI the same on every plan?
Yes. Every plan runs the same voice model and follows the same rules: it only ever says what you approve, never invents a price or a policy, and escalates sensitive calls the same way. Higher plans add capabilities such as extra languages, WhatsApp chat and integrations, not a better-sounding AI.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.
