Ringmere provides an AI phone receptionist that answers calls and books appointments on your behalf, subject to your configuration and these terms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the services, prices and information you configure, for having the right to record calls where required, and for informing your callers as needed. Ringmere only ever uses information you approve.
Acceptable use
You must not use Ringmere for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, or in a way that infringes others’ rights.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Included minutes and per-minute overage are as shown on the pricing page. A 14-day free trial applies to new subscriptions. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal.
Refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled anytime to stop future charges. If the service was not usable, you can request a pro-rata refund of the current month within 14 days of the charge by emailing info@ringmere.com.
Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
